The thing is, we tend to see these as two columns. The two on the right are “with” each other, and the two on the left are “with” each other too. But we read left to right, top to bottom, so there’s a contradiction with what we’re seeing.
Plus, when you hit the right arrow on the remote, it goes from the top-left to the top-right. Does that mean it’s next, or is it just moving in that direction? It’s hard to tell and frustrating to use.
It turns out that the one on the top-right is the 2nd episode on the disc, but they could have made it way easier to use just by changing the spacing.
