Hello.
Think of this page like a huge sore, oozing text
I'm putting a load of stuff on the internet. I mean, that's fair enough. This is the greatest technological advance since the industrial revolution - the final coming together of all the dry sciences that have been building up since the invention of the steam engine. What better to do with it than use it to publish random shit -- uh-hm, sorry, use it to empower the individual.
Of course, the real new social paradigm isn't going to emerge until the wet sciences converge too, but that's all a completely different story - and just the sort of thing that's going to be sprouted on these pages.
This text is everything that doesn't fit into stuff that was published in Nucleus, or in The Word (a paper that I wrote for for a while: if it's legal, I'll put the text online sometime. If it's not, well, I'll do the same, just don't tell anyone please).
Actually, that's a bit of a con. Most of the text here is written by James Ryan, for his PPE tutors. One afternoon before a tute sometime in March, we decided to bung it all onto the net. Hopefully there's some American out there downloading the lot.
Well, to tell you the truth, however much I hope about that American, it's just not happening. I can look at the hit logs and to be frank they're not that high, and certainly not emanating from the good ol' U.S. of A. Oh well.
So apart from hearing James' thoughts on communitarianism, you can read an essay of mind on Quantum matters, or go and look at some of my musings, but there aren't very many of those.
