Unmetered UK internet arrives at last. Or soon, anyway. I'm not sure whether the free subscription (but pay for calls) model held this up or not. On one hand, it stopped market entry for more complex payment models, but on the other it brought more consumers into the market, and pulled the carpet out from under the old model of pay for everything.
